The fastest way to reach us

Call. A person picks up, and that person is usually standing at the bench. For a common repair on a common model we can give you a realistic price range and a realistic wait over the phone in under a minute. For anything that got wet, will not power on, or has already been opened by someone else, we need to see it, and looking at it is free.

Walk-ins are always welcome and always have been. No appointment, no queue ticket, no reason to call first unless you want to.

Written directions: Route 1 southbound

This is the easy direction. Coming south on Route 1 from Lynnfield, Peabody, or anywhere up the North Shore, stay in the right lane as you come down through Saugus. You will pass the usual Route 1 landmarks: the oversized restaurant signage, the car dealerships, the furniture stores. Watch for the old 99 Restaurant building. We are right there, set back behind our own parking like everything else on this road. Pull in and park near the door.

If you go by it, do not panic. Come down to the next place you can safely turn around, get back on Route 1 northbound, then use the jughandle at Essex Street to come back to the southbound side.

Coming north on Route 1 from Boston, Chelsea, Revere, or Malden, you have one extra step. Route 1 through Saugus is a divided highway with a barrier down the middle, so you cannot turn left across it and there is no median break at our building.

Drive past the store on the northbound side. Continue to the jughandle at Essex Street, take it, and it loops you around and puts you onto Route 1 southbound. Head back down the southbound side and we will be on your right, just past the old 99 Restaurant. The whole detour is about two minutes.

Every regular customer coming up from the south does this once, gets annoyed once, and then never thinks about it again.

Coming off the local roads instead

From Lynn and the east, Western Avenue (Route 107) brings you across into Saugus and you can pick up Route 1 from there. From Revere, Squire Road (Route 60) runs west and meets Route 1 south of us, so you will be joining northbound and using the Essex Street jughandle. From Malden and Everett, Broadway (Route 99) runs north and connects to Route 1 in Saugus. From Melrose and Stoneham, the Lynn Fells Parkway runs east across to Saugus and drops you near Route 1. From Wakefield, Peabody, and points north, I-95 and Route 128 both feed Route 1 and you come down on the southbound side with nothing to think about.

Parking, hours, and what to bring

Parking is free and it is right in front. Hours are listed at the top of every page and we are open seven days a week, including a shorter day on the weekend, so check before a late run.

Bring the device, your passcode or your ability to unlock it, and the charger if the issue is charging related. For a laptop, bring the power adapter. For a device sale or a trade-in, bring a photo ID, because we cannot take in a device we cannot verify belongs to the person handing it over.
