Customer reviews for the Saugus store. Good or bad, with a name on it.
Reviews for this store go on this site, with a name and a date attached, so you can judge them properly instead of hunting across five different platforms. There are none published here yet, and we would rather say so than fill the page with unattributed quotes.
Why here and not somewhere else
The Google profile for each of our stores is controlled by the franchise corporate office, not by us. Reviews people leave there are real and we appreciate every one, but they send traffic somewhere that is not our site and we cannot reply to them. So we are building this here instead: a review left on our own site can be read with the person’s name and the date next to it, and we can answer it.
We will publish what people write, good or bad, with a name and a date. What we will not do is invent reviews or put up a star rating we cannot back. If you see five stars on a repair site with no name beside them, you already know where they came from.
Had a repair with us? Tell us how it went
If we fixed something for you, ask at the counter how to leave a review and we will publish it with your name on it. And if something went wrong, we would rather hear it first: call the store that did the work and we will make it right.
Reading reviews for a store this new
Our Saugus store opened in January 2026, so the honest situation is that it has a shorter review history than the New Hampshire shops this company has run for years. Pretending otherwise would be the first strike against us.
What you can check instead is everything that came before it: the same owner has been running repair stores since 2011, and the people training this bench have been fixing devices for a long time. A brand-new independent shop cannot say that. We can, and the way to verify it is to look at how this company got to Route 1 rather than at a number on a map pin.
We publish these ourselves, on purpose
It would be easier to outsource this to a platform and never think about it. Hosting reviews on our own site means we are answerable for what appears here, and it means you can read about a repair that resembles yours instead of scrolling past a hundred unrelated ones.
It also means there is nowhere to hide. If this page eventually fills with complaints about slow turnaround, that will be sitting on our own domain, in our own house, which is a fairly strong incentive to not be slow.
When a repair goes wrong
Do enough repairs and some of them go badly. A replacement part turns out to be bad. A device that was already on its last legs does not survive being opened. A customer was told two hours and waited four because the part in the drawer was not the part on the box.
Our answer is not to argue about it publicly. Call the store or ask for the owner. Our work carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering the part we installed and our workmanship, so anything we touched that failed is ours to fix. If we blew a timeline, tell us and we would rather make it right than read about it later.
What to look for in any repair shop’s reviews
- Explanation. Did the customer come away understanding what was actually wrong with their device?
- Did the quote hold? The price and time quoted at drop-off matching the price and time at pickup is the most reliable signal in this business.
- Recovery. Reviews describing how a shop handled a problem are worth more than a stack of reviews about easy repairs.
- Relevance. A five-star review about a screen protector tells you nothing about how a shop handles water damage.
- Named people. Reviews that mention a technician by name tend to come from shops where staff stay.
Tell us how it went
After a repair, ask at the counter and we will show you the easiest way to leave a review, or just tell us directly. Specifics help: what device, what was wrong, how long it took, and whether the person helping you did right by you.
We do not write our own reviews and we do not invent counts of them. If something on this site claims a customer said it, a customer said it. And since basic diagnostics are free, you are welcome to test us on something small before you decide whether we have earned the rest.
Common questions
Are these reviews real?
Yes. Everything published here came from someone we actually did work for. We do not write our own reviews, buy them, or publish invented totals.
The Saugus store is new. Why so few reviews?
Because it opened in January 2026 and we are not going to pad the page. The company behind it has been operating since 2011, which is the history you can actually check.
What if I am not happy with my repair?
Call the store or ask for the owner. Our repairs carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the part we installed and our workmanship. If what we touched failed, we take care of it.
Can I leave a negative review?
Yes. We would prefer you call us first so we have a real chance to fix the problem, but we are not in the business of filtering honest feedback.
How do I leave a review?
Ask at the counter after your repair and whoever is working will point you to the easiest way, or tell the store directly and we will take it from there.
Why should I trust reviews hosted by the business itself?
Because we back them with things you can verify independently: our team listed by name with real start dates, plain-language warranty terms, and free basic diagnostics so you can judge us before spending anything.
Tell us what happened
Free basic diagnostics. We will come back with your price and a realistic turnaround.
